Consultation room

Ive just help a colleque to buy a pen drive in digital mall, Kingston 2G cost only RM78 .. nowdays digital item prises are crashing!!!! Heard that the 3-4 G pen drive is around Rm140 -200,it used to be Rm300-400.

Anyway today i got to sit in with the consultant for 1 session(about 1,1/2 hours) with a new patient.he came with his wife.

He got eczema for 5 years,on his hands and feet.After explaining about the treatment,the period of healing crisis (before you get better the condition will worsen),cost..etc, his wife is against the treatment for fear that her husband will loose his new job as a lecturer,another concern is that the cost is too expensive.

Now when you are an aprentice,you are not allow to talk,so for the next one and a half hours,i just sit there and listen,and wrote "something down " on a pieace of paper (must look professional mah )

Well.. more to come,this is just the begining.

BUT at the moment my main function is to focus on the health seminars held 2 saturdays in a month. Got to look after the :

Callers who wants to attend (after we advertise on newspaper )-get their contacts
Follow up few days before the seminar and later SMS the details to them (location)
and all the paper work after that (data entry )

What else did i miss ?? trying to remember....
